By enrolling, you:

  • Representative claims

The arbitrator may award injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. However, if the class action waiver is invalidated, the entire arbitration clause becomes void.
